Seven-month-old baby Claire has never seen her dad without a beard.
So when he shaved it off, he was expecting his little girl to be amazed at the transformation.
But we don’t think this beard removal went according to plan!
Sitting on the couch playing peek-a-boo with his tot, Dad reveals his clean-shaven face – but it was much to Claire’s dismay.
Baby Claire doesn’t seem to recognise her dad at all, constantly looking away from him and putting her head down.
She even begins to cry and her poor dad also appears to be about to cry as he realises there’s no getting around the tot.
The video is cute, but we think this reveal may have turned into a major fail!
