On Sunday, we reported on the enviable skills of one mother who had her and her childrens' morning routine down to a fine art, and now we've found further inspiration in a group of mothers who have more energy than we ever had shortly after giving birth!

We struggle to keep our rhythm when swaying side to side at a wedding, so hats off to a group of mums from the States who not only managed to nail an entire dance routine recently, but did it with their babas strapped to their chest!

Kangagroove, a babywearing dance class in San Diego, has delighted social media users all over the world this week after deciding to share a snapshot of the fun some incredibly talented mums have while bustin' a move with their little ones.

Performing a dance routine to Sugar Ray's 1997 hit, Fly, the ladies at the centre of the footage illustrated just how much can be gained from seeking support from fellow mums while adapting to your newfound 'mummy' status.

Paying tribute to the women who attend the class, Kanagroove accompanied the upload with the touching message: "Holy matzo ball soup...what an A-MA-ZING class today! Thank you all for going the extra mile and dancing your hearts out today. We love you all!"

Be sure to share to spread the word if you think you or someone you know would benefit from such a class!
