They have only months to go before the arrival of their first baby, so TV host Declan Donnelly and his wife Ali Astall are making the most of their free time together, before their first baby arrives.
The couple, who have been married since 2015, were among the guests at Royal Ascot this week and they looked content to be out mingling and enjoying the festivities.
The 42-year-old TV presenter and Ali, in particular, were positively glowing.
The mum-to-be showed off her blossoming baby bump in a pale pink dress, with black floral printing with an elegant statement fascinator. Meanwhile, Dec looked decidedly dapper display in a grey three-piece suit and a blue silk tie.
The couple confirmed the news of their first child on social media a few months ago, with Dec thanking well-wishers for their support.
"Just wanted to say thank you for all the lovely messages," he wrote. "The news has sneaked out a little earlier than we had hoped but Ali and I are delighted to be expecting our first child. Thanks for all the love, we really appreciate it."
Meanwhile, Ali has spoken of her excitement at becoming a mum.
"I just wish it would come out now, that we could fast-forward to having the baby. We want to get on with it – we can’t wait," the 40-year-old told The Mirror.
Dec, who like Ali is a first-time parent, acknowledges that it's all 'very exciting'. He also revealed that their new arrival will be coming in September, so their bundle of joy's arrival is looming ever closer.
We can't wait to hear their choice of name.
