Today is World Smile Day, and to celebrate we have compiled a list of yummy snacks that will have your kid's teeth gleaming!
We believe in combining the healthy with the delicious, to make perfect snacks that will help your little oral hygiene!

1. Raspberries and yoghurt
Raspberries have a detergent and encourage saliva production in the mouth, which combats the nasty acids that attack teeth! Combine some delicious fresh raspberries with some low-fat yoghurt for a lovely healthy snack.
2. Carrot sticks and hummus
Carrots stimulate the gums, and strong gums are essential to maintaining gorgeous teeth. Chop up some carrot sticks, and serve them with hummus! The kids will adore this one.
3. Apple slices with peanut butter
An apple a day keeps the DENTIST away. Eating an apple can actually help clean your child's teeth! Pair with a small serving of low-fat peanut butter for a treat they'll love.
Is there nothing almonds can't do? They are a great source of calcium and protein, while also being low in sugar. Try roasting almonds in some cinnamon and honey for a wonderful kid-approved snack!
5. Celery and cream cheese
Celery scrapes food particles and bacteria away from your teeth, while also being a source of vitamins A and C! Combine some fresh celery sticks with tasty cream cheese!
