Design a Christmas bib for BabyBoo.ie in aid of Jack & Jill

Children's sustainable clothing brand BabyBoo launch their annual charity campaign with this year's chosen beneficiary, the Jack & Jill Children's Foundation. BabyBoo are best known amongst parents for their dribble-proof organic cotton bandana bibs, with over 70,000 of these bibs sold to customers worldwide already this year. Now the Irish-owned company founded by County Cork mums, Vicki O'Callaghan and Michelle O'Riordan, is proud to launch this year's big charity initiative for Jack & Jill.

The 'Design a Bib for Jack & Jill' campaign is calling on parents nationwide to help their little ones get their creative juices flowing by creating their very own DribbleBoo bandana bib Christmas design. BabyBoo encourage the budding artists to have fun with paint, crayons, markers or colouring pencils and to think gender neutral if possible! Simply download the bib template colouring page from the BabyBoo.ie website and enter via the form on their social media pages before the 21st September. The winning design will be put straight into production so that it is available for sale as part of the BabyBoo Christmas product range that launches on 1st November this year.

All profits from the sale of the specially designed bib will go to the Jack & Jill Children's Foundation.

Carmel Doyle, CEO with the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation, encourages parents and children to get involved in the BabyBoo fun fashion design charity initiative:

“We work hard to fund and provide frontline home nursing and end-of-life support to 362 young children across the country today. During these difficult times, it is heart-warming to see Irish companies like BabyBoo taking the time, to help raise funds for critical home respite hours for our families in every community. We are encouraging everyone to not only shop-local but to donate-local too. This creative campaign from BabyBoo will help us to raise more funds and awareness for the charity this year. The pressure from the pandemic is being felt by families all over the country, but never more so than for a family with a precious child with a complex medical or life-threatening condition. From our community to yours, thanks for your support."

Vicki O'Callaghan, co-founder of BabyBoo.ie, just wants to give something back:

"We are a small Irish business, but we like to think that each year we can make a big difference when it comes to supporting local charities. This is our fourth year running a charity campaign with our hero product, the drool-busting DribbleBoo bandana bib. It’s our most popular product, now all we need is a winning design to put into production so that we can raise as much funds as possible for Jack & Jill in our run up to Christmas. We find our customers like to add the charity bib to their Christmas gifts and with a #stayathome baby boom on the way, there will certainly be lots of orders!"
