We all know just how popular this film was and just how much our little girls adored it, but it looks like Disney smash hit Frozen had an effect on parents as well!

Recently released data shows that the name Elsa is now the most most popular name in Sweden, with 850 little girls being named Elsa in 2014.

This is a change from 2013 when the name trailed behind Alice and Maja, so we can't help but wonder if family favourite Frozen has a little something to do with this!

While Elsa was always on the radar in Sweden, it didn't reach popularity in the UK until last year. Very interesting!

Having jumped from 331st place in 2013 to 88th place in 2014, these stats definitely suggests that expectant parents in the UK sought inspiration from the fantastic flick!
