Duchess Kate did not get baby botox, Kensington Palace stresses

Kensington Palace have strongly denied claims that The Duchess of Cambridge had botox. The Duchess of Cambridge has been accused of getting ‘baby Botox’ by a British plastic surgeon.

Dr Munir Somji posted two photos of Kate on his Instagram, which has since been deleted, and claimed the mum-of-three opts for baby Botox, which is smaller doses of Botox that tends to give a more natural look.

He wrote, “Our Kate loves a bit of baby Botox. The magic of baby Botox is that it does not leave you feeling so heavy and provides you with a subtle reduction of lines as well as better eyebrow position.”

“Note the reduction of fine lines on the forehead. But also note the depression of the medial brow but elevation of the lateral tail of the brow.”

A statement was issued on Kate’s behalf that stressed that Dr Somji was lying.

They told The New York Post that the claims were “categorically not true” and “The Royal Family never endorse commercial activity.”

Fans of the mum-of-three were quick to defend her. Many pointed out the fact that the photo of Kate’s ‘wrinkled’ face were taken when her son Prince Louis was a mere six-months-old.

Every mum knows just how draining those first few months of motherhood can be. No mum ever looks perfect during the early days, even royals like Kate Middleton.

It’s important to remember that whether Kate had Botox or not, it is her body and any woman should feel free to do whatever makes her feel most happy and confident.
