So we have the perfect recipe to ease yourself in gently – a decadent, delicious and HEALTHY smoothie that happens to taste like strawberry cheesecake.


It’s so easy to make – just crack out the Nutribullet or blender and whizz up these nourishing goodies:



Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie:


200ml almond milk


¼ teaspoon vanilla essence


2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt (or non-dairy alternative)


Large handful strawberries


Hand-sized scoop of ice


1 teaspoon maple syrup


Chia seeds (optional)


And if you’re feeling a little naughtier, crush up half a digestive biccie and sprinkle over the top – yumness!
