Being a new mum is one of the hardest things anyone can experience.
As well as being suddenly responsible for a teeny tiny human's life, you're constantly tired, sore and - let's face it - clueless.
Throw going back to work into the mix and things can get crazy hectic. Something which Eva Longoria knows all about.
She is literally us when it comes to juggling everything and her latest Instagram post just goes to prove it.
With a barely two-week old baby boy at her side, Eva went back to work on Monday, completing her first photo shoot.
''First photo shoot after pregnancy! Not gonna lie, this one was hard! Trying to breast feed and work around Santiago’s schedule,'' she wrote.

The Desperate Housewives star gave birth to her first child, a son named Santiago, with her husband Jose ''Pepe'' Baston.
People were quick to show their support and say how stunning Eva looked, with one user saying, ''so beautiful as always gorgeous mother'' and another, ''I [hope I] look that good after giving birth!! You are gorgeous!!! I wish you and your baby a lot of joy, success and happiness.''
Eva and Jose welcomed their gorgeous baby on June 19th and gave an exclusive interview to Hola!, the Spanish Hello! magazine.
“We are so grateful for this beautiful blessing," they told the magazine.
Eva certainly is glowing and clearly embracing motherhood with open arms. We can't wait to see the pics from the shoot!
