The Tough Runs in Greenwich Park, London – March 25

 

 

While the weather may have taken a turn for the worse, don’t let that deter you and your family from getting out and about this weekend.

 

The Fix Events is inviting everyone to take on the ups and downs of Greenwich Park at their Tough Runs this Saturday, March 25.

 

This great early season event is perfect to test those legs and get the heart pounding in historic Greenwich Park.

 

Hundreds of runners will be out to challenge you and your family in either the 5k, 10k or 15k runs.

 

There is even a mini 1k run for children to enter completely free of charge.

 

Every adult entrant receives full race chip timing, a cool medal, drinks and a free Clif bar on the day.

Busy Bee Nursery is inviting mums to their Breastfeeding Café, every day in March and April in their family room.

 

If a friendly and informal place to meet other nursing mums for free and advice and support is what you’re after, this is something you should definitely check out.

 

With friendly and caring staff there to help out, pop in between 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm, Monday to Friday.

Finger Puppet Making Workshops in Gairbraid Avenue, Glasgow – March 25

 

 

Head along to Maryhill Burgh Halls to celebrate this year’s Puppet Animation Festival with their family friendly finger puppet making workshops and screenings of Disney Pixar favourites.

 

In the beautiful surroundings of their main hall, Disney Pixar favourites like Brave, Inside Out and Frozen.

 

Everyone can go free to this great event but children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
