It's rare we see this popstar and famous dad-of-one at the centre of a positive headline, and unfortunately it appears the negative pattern is set to continue.

Rapper Chris Brown, who pleaded guilty to assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, in a shocking attack in 2009, has done little to persuade the public he is changed man following various altercations over the past six years.

And now it appears the star is at the centre of fresh assault claims following a recent incident in Denver.

The incident is understood to have happened following a video shoot involving Chris, Fetty Wrap and French Montana outside Platnium 84 Gentleman's Club.

According to various media outlets, a woman was "forcibly" thrown from the star's tour bus after she refused to relinquish her mobile phone which had been banned in order to prevent leaks of the music video.

The woman at the centre of the case has asserted her phone was broken during a scuffle which broke out following the altercation.

It is understood that the woman has since filed a report for third degree assault.

According to media reports, police have deemed Chris and his crew 'persons of interest' and are now eager to interview the 26-year-old star and his two fellow rappers.
