A witness who was called to testify in the trial of famous radio broadcaster and father-of-three, Neil Fox, has asserted that she found the veteran DJ's workplace conduct wholly inappropriate.

The DJ and former Pop Idol judge, who is facing eight counts of indecent assault and two counts of sexual assault during a 16-year-period between 1998 and 2014, listened to the testimony of an ex-colleague at Westminister Magistrates Court during the trial which began on November 5th.

Neil Fox, who is best known for his position as Dr. Fox with Capital Radio, is said to have raised his eyebrows when the witness recalled particular exchanges and interactions which are alleged to have taken place with fellow colleagues during the broadcaster's time at the famous station.

The witness, who cannot be named for legal reasons, asserted that the 54-year-old star made lewd comments towards female staff and claimed that he reportedly refused a request from a colleague "unless her breasts spoke to him and asked."

Commenting on the star's alleged conduct, the witness told the court that she was stunned by his behaviour, saying: "I was pretty grossed out by what I'd seen. I nearly puked in his face."

The court heard a number of other testimonies from other witnesses who asserted that they had observed similar behaviour.

Mr. Fox has been married to wife, Vicky, since 1999 and the pair share three children together,
