Posing on a patio, an overjoyed Helen cradled her precious bundle to her chest and showed off an incredibly svelte-looking figure while dressed all in black.
Complimenting the star on her appearance, many failed to hide their surprise at 24-year-old Helen's size, with one writing: "So slim already! Looking amazing and all the best to you all."
