Fearne, who announced her daughter's arrival in a heartfelt Twitter post yesterday, took to Instagram this afternoon to share her delight.
Uploading a shot of her baby daughter's tiny hands, Fearne wrote: "I feel so full of love and so so lucky to have little Honey Krissy Wood in my arms."
Still on a high following the little girl's arrival yesterday, the proud mum-of-two paid tribute to her daughter and revealed that Honey's older siblings are just as captivated as her parents.
"Jesse and are I over the moon and buzzing and Honey's big brothers and sister are in love," wrote the former Radio One presenter in a post which has delighted her legions of fans and followers.
Expressing gratitude to the public for their warm wishes at this special time, Fearne finished: "Thanks for all your kind messages so far."
Posting a similar message on her Twitter account, the Celebrity Juice presenter wrote: "Thank you so much for all your lovely messages. We are so in love with little Honey!"
Honey's famous grandfather, Rolling Stones star, Ronnie Wood, also paid tribute to the family's newest addition, writing: "Lovely afternoon welcoming new arrival Honey Krissy into the world. Congratulations @JesseWood @Fearnecotton."
