As anyone who has paid for one, or is currently trying to pay one off will know, weddings are expensive affairs. Tradition aside, having your parents step up and volunteer to pay for a wedding is a big deal, but to have them pay for five weddings is on another level.
The following five sisters know this all too well, because their parents forked out the cash for each of their weddings. In a desire to mark their generosity and pay tribute, the girls decided to put together a very special photo shoot especially for their mother and father.
Calling on photographer Rachel Blackwell for her help, sisters Lindsay, Becky, Kelly, Cassie and Jamie stepped back into their wedding dresses to create some more magical shots.
“This was just a fun excuse to get in our wedding dresses again and to acknowledge our parents for always being so supportive and loving, and thank them in a way that was unique and special,” Cassie told The Huffington Post.
She added, of her parents: “They are very sentimental.”
