We love reading about exciting new food trends, so when we first heard about flowering marshmallows we were very excited (and confused).
Fancy-pants New York bakery, Dominique Ansel (the inventor of the cronut), has launched a special new hot chocolate - with a twist.
Called the 'blossoming hot chocolate', this warm beverage comes with a pretty marshmallow on top of it.
The marshmallow is held together with a thin piece of white chocolate, so when it is dropped into the hot drink, the chocolate melts.
This basically allows the flower to beautifully bloom inside the cup... making it the prettiest drink of your life.
It is worth noting that aside from the gorgeous marshmallow, the hot chocolate is DELICIOUS, but extremely rich and chocolatey!
