According to emerging reports, world-famous and critically-acclaimed singer, Adele, is the latest high-profile individual to have fallen victim to online hacking.

The When We Were Young singer, who is currently captivating audiences on a world tour,  is said to be "angry and upset" after hackers gained access to personal family photos through her partner Simon Konecki's private email account.

The photographs, which include both an ultrasound image of her son Angelo and childhood snaps of Adele herself, were circulated online before ultimately being posted to a Facebook fan group.

Astounded that fellow fans were continuing to circulate the private images, a member of the Facebook group alerted Adele's management team in an effort to put an end to the distribution.

According to The Sun on Sunday, the fan said: "I was appalled and upset for Adele when I saw the pictures. They are really private and should not be passed around."

Disdainful of the public's reaction to the photos' emergence online, they continued: "I think it is disgusting that her so-called fans were sending them around and I thought it should be stopped."

Acknowledging the exceedingly personal nature of the images, the whistle-blower insisted: "They are way too private, especially the scan and picture of her when she was pregnant. If Adele wanted to share these pictures I am sure she would. It would be up to her if she wants intimate pictures like this shown around."

We couldn't agree more.
