Little Ellie Bosher recently celebrated her tenth birthday, and her choice of party venue was rather unusual.
Ellie's grandmother Rita was recovering from surgery, and was set to miss out on the birthday celebrations.
The little girl was so upset, but rather than cancelling her birthday party, she opted for a change of location - to the nursing home where her granny was recovering.
The family moved the location of the Alice In Wonderland themed party from a hotel in their hometown, to Rita's nursing home.
How sweet is that?
The best part of this heartwarming story? The family kept the location change a secret, surprising granny Rita on the day.
"I loved it. It was so much fun. My favourite part was pretty much seeing the look on Granny's face," Ellie said when she spoke to ABC news.
