With Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling reportedly celebrating the arrival of their second child, Grey’s Anatomy star Jessica Capshaw was this morning delighted to announce the birth of her fourth child.

 

The 39-year-old, best known for playing the role of Dr Arizona Robbins on the award-winning show, welcomed a baby girl with husband Christopher Gavigan last week.

Taking to Instagram to share the news, Jessica posted a gorgeous photo of newborn Josephine Kate, born on Monday, May 2.

 

“I am endlessly grateful for her safe arrival, and my heart is so full of love that it threatens to burst,” wrote the besotted new mum.

Jessica and Christopher are already parents to eight-year-old Luke Hudson, five-year-old Eve Augusta, and three-year-old Poppy James.
