Gwyneth Paltrow has given us a rare glimpse of her daughter, Apple.
In a sweet snap on Instagram, the actress paid a touching tribute to the teenager for her birthday.
The photograph of Apple shows that she shares very similar features to mum, Paltrow.
Paltrow in the picture caption said:
"Happy birthday, my darling girl. You make everyday feel like Christmas morning. You are the most vibrant, hilarious, twirling all over the place, beautiful (inside and out) young woman."
"You are an amazing thinker and an incredible songwriter. Thanks for still hanging out with me, even though you are 14."
Over the weekend, the award-winning actress also shared a raw heavily pregnant photograph from when she was carrying Apple.
The picture was in celebration of Mother's Day in the US.
Along with the photo, the Avenger's star added:
"Fourteen years ago on the verge of a life changing morning... To all of us, biological, adoptive, foster, spiritual, communal, all the den mothers and grand mothers and great grandmothers and great great grandmothers, all the way back, happy Mother’s Day."
Paltrow shares Apple, and twelve-year-old Moses with ex-husband Chris Martin.
