Much longed-for pregnancy announcements have led to some pretty incredible and creative gender reveals, but we think Amanda and Gerald absolutely nailed it with their salon surprise.
According to reports, the couple lost their first child 21 weeks into their pregnancy, and they decided to do something extra special when finding out the gender of their impending arrival.
The couple asked their doctor to write the baby’s gender down on a piece of paper and put it into an envelope. They then handed the envelope over to hair stylist Amber Sacrison and asked her to dye Amanda’s hair pink or blue, depending on the contents of the envelope.
After a seven-hour process and wait, the big reveal was finally made in the middle of Amber’s salon, and the heart-warming moment was captured on video.
We won’t spoil the results for you – thankfully, Amber shared the video on her official Facebook page, and it has gone viral around the world.
