An act who appeared on Britain’s Got Talent has managed to reunite a mum with her missing 13-year-old son in an incredible twist of fate.
The Missing People Choir was set up by the charity Missing People and is made up of relatives of many high-profile missing people, according to The Irish Examiner.
During their performances, images of missing people and their names appear online on a screen behind the choir. After seeing himself on the screen on TV, the missing youngster contacted his mum to let her know he was ok.
His identity has remained anonymous at the request of his family.
Clare Cook, the Co-founder of the Missing People Choir said: "We are delighted to announce that a 13-year-old missing child who we appealed for on Britain’s Got Talent during the Missing People Choir’s performance saw his appeal and called his mum.

"He is now home safe and well."
The charity believes they may also have a lead on another missing person, Tom Moore.
Tom was reported missing back in July 2003 when he was 31. A photo of him was shown during the Missing People Choir's performance last Friday and Saturday. The choir said they’d received a “significant lead” following the performance.
The inspiring act reached the final of Britain’s Got Talent on June 3. They came eighth in the final but have raised £7,000 in donations since appearing on the show.
Members of the group include the sister of missing Manic Street Preachers guitarist Richey Edwards, the father of chef Claudia Lawrence, and Peter Boxell and Denise Horvath-Allan, whose children have both been missing for 28 years.
The BGT judges were brought to tears by their moving audition performance of I Miss You, a song written by Peter Boxell which also includes lyrics written by schoolgirl Alice Gross, who was murdered in 2014 aged 14.
Missing People was set up in 1993 and aim to provide reunite missing people with their loved ones and provide support to families of a missing person.
It was set up following the high-profile disappearance of estate agent Suzy Lamplugh.
It’s heart-warming to hear of the amazing work the Missing People Choir are doing and how they are using their public profile to raise awareness.
The mother of the young boy in question will no doubt be grateful to them for the rest of her life.
