After a summer full of high-profile celebrity splits, we are sad to say that yet another star has called time on their marriage.

According to reports this weekend, Hollywood legend Gary Oldman has finalised his divorce from his fourth wife, Alexandra Edenborough. The couple were married for six years.

Reports today claim that the 57-year-old Harry Potter actor’s split was approved by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge earlier this week.

According to documents obtained by the Associated Press, Oldman and Edenborough have divided up their shared assets, with the star keeping two of their homes and several of their cars.

This was the fourth marriage for Oldman, who was previously wed to Lesley Manville, Uma Thurman and Donya Fiorentino.

The star is a father to three sons: 26-year-old Alfie, with Manville; and 18-year-old Gulliver and 16-year-old Charlie from his marriage to Fiorentino.

Just last year, Oldman admitted that he was ‘not proud’ to be on his fourth marriage. He also said that being a single dad was ‘the most challenging thing’ he had ever done.

“I look at those boys and how really great they are, and they are my greatest accomplishment. That gives me a sense that I’ve got something right,” he added.
