What you'll need:- Egg cartons
- Scissors
- Paint
- Sellotape
- PVA glue
- Spare material
- Coloured card
- Wool
Instructions:
- Cut out the individual cups from each egg carton. You’ll need three egg cups per character
- Paint each cup whichever colour (or colours) you’d like, remembering that one cup per character will be used for the head and the other two for the body. Allow to dry.
- Tape the two body pieces together with the hollow ends facing each other. Glue the ‘head’ onto the top of the body, hollow side facing upwards.
- Use your black marker to draw a face on your little character and then dress him or her using coloured card and spare material. You can use wool to give them hair or another egg cup to create a fun hat or a helmet for your soldier.
