Michael Bublé’s world crumbled beneath him when he learned his son Noah had liver cancer.

But after seven months of treatment and support, the boy began his recovery with his parents by his side.

Michael put his career on hold while he focused on spending time with his wife Luisana and his three kids, helping out little Noah in anyway he could.

Now, almost two years later, he is preparing for his next world tour but he still carries that pain with him.

During a recent interview with Magic Radio, the singer revealed that he cannot perform his song Forever Now.

He only performed it once during a small demo, but since then he has told his producers that the track is off the table, especially during his upcoming performances.

“It’s bittersweet for me because I cannot listen to it, even recording it, I didn’t want it to be personal; I wanted people to interpret it in its own way,” the dad explained.

The lyrics explore how much love he holds for his children and how much he truly treasures each precious moment with them.

But he is okay with his decision, saying that he understands music comes from an emotional place in our souls and is supposed to move people.

“It’s my job as an artist to make people feel even if it’s tough for for me to deal with or digest. It honours my work and who I am.”

Michael continues to carry on like a professional, reminding his fans how much he cares for them as well.

He wants his music to tap into their emotions and allow them to express whatever feelings they have buried beneath the surface. And for us parents, Forever Now does just that.

Michael’s latest album Love will be released November 16th. The family remains strong as Noah continues his recovery.
