Boxer Amir Khan has released a video speaking about his estranged wife’s pregnancy for the first time.
Amir and estranged wife Faryal Makhdoom Khan publicly spilt after Amir accused her of cheating with fellow boxer Anthony Joshua on Twitter.
He later rescinded the allegations and apologised to Joshua.
Now the boxer has taken to Snapchat to air his feelings about the demise of his four-year marriage and Faryal’s pregnancy.
Amir told his followers: “So me and Faryal are not together. I have filed for a divorce.
“I hear that she has just announced that she is pregnant. She didn't tell me. I had to read it on social media.
“I'm always going to be there for my kids (if) we're not married. We're not together but my kids are everything to me”.
The couple already have a two-year-old daughter Lamaisah together.
Amir continued: “I don't know if it's true that she is pregnant or not, time will tell, but in the meantime, I'm there for Lamaisah. She's everything to me.
“If there is another kid then I am going to be there to show my support and be there for Faryal, but we both think it's not healthy to be together.

“It's not healthy for the kids. I don't want my children to see us fighting. We are officially not together”.
However, Faryal shared irrefutable evidence of pregnancy by posting a photo of her scan to Snapchat and has also been sharing details of her pregnancy on Twitter.
The young mum wrote: “Morning sickness you suck!”, followed by several nauseous face emojis.
It’s believed that Amir’s family never approved of his union and were unfriendly towards his wife during their marriage.
Many were shocked when Faryal announced her pregnancy news on Twitter on August 26.

"Alhumdulilah. Blessed with baby number 2 in my tummy #excited. Eating away, can't stop," she wrote.
Over on her Snapchat, she added: "I've been waiting to announce something very special... Alhumdulilah, I am pregnant with my second child. Time for me to get fat and chunkayyyy”.
It had been reported that the couple were attempting to work out their differences but now it seems their marriage is definitely over.
We hope they can remain on amicable terms for the sake of their children.
