Last night on I'm a Celeb, Iain Lee and Rebekah Vardy had a very frank and honest discussion about mental health - and both are being praised for being so open.
Talking about the struggles they have faced in the past, both competitors admitted to having had suicidal thoughts in the past, with Rebekah revealing she attempted suicide when she was just 14.
Sadly, it was just brushed under the carpet at the time, and it wasn't until her experience with post-natal depression after her second baby did she get help.
"I had really bad post natal depression with my second, it’s like Pandora’s box opens and when it opens you have to deal with it," the mum-of-three said to the camp.
Revealing her struggles with mental health were something she had been running from for a long time, the 35-year-old said that her post-natal depression had a knock-on effect after that.
The mum then went into detail about the kinds of treatments she underwent to overcome her issues.
"I had CBT, a therapy which changes your brain’s thought process, I had counselling and I was on anti-depressants for a while.
"And then all of a sudden things just started getting better because you learn to deal with things and you learn that you can’t just put them in your back pocket.
"You need to talk and talking’s really good and it helps you overcome so many things. It is so different now."
Fans of the show then took to Twitter to thank the star for being so open, and the producers of the show for not editing the conversation out.

Have missed a few episodes of #ImACeleb since being away but so glad to hear they've been discussing mental health and suicide and reminding people that this can happen to anyone, at any time and doesn't discriminate. We must continue to normalise such important conversations.
