Anyone who has experienced welcoming a child into the world will know how incredibly special and emotionally-charged it is for all involved, but especially the parents. Love and delight rise above pain, fear and worry, and the bonds of family are never so strong or apparent than in those precious moments.
This has been illustrated wonderfully this week by photographers Jessie and Bree, the creative duo behind J&B Photography, who have created a stunning montage celebrating the beauty of new life.
Sharing the video montage of labour and birth photos to Facebook, Bree Garcia wrote: “In honour of it being one year since I started photographing Birth Stories, I made a video slideshow of my favourite photographs I captured during 2015.”
“I hope everyone enjoys this video and sees all the beauty that I see,” she added.
We are sure you will agree that the montage is nothing short of breath-taking, and it perfectly captures the raw emotions brought on by labour, birth and that very first moment you meet your newborn.
