INCREDIBLE video shows newborn 'crawl' to find his mum's breast

 

There is SO much that is beautiful about this video of a newborn baby ‘breast crawling’ hungrily to his mummy’s nipple – from the natural wonder of it, to the determined movements as his little feet find purchase, to the unbelievably adorable look on his face when he finds his mark.

 

‘Breast crawling’ refers to the way newborns’ survival instinct kicks in and they crawl to their mother’s breast. The baby is left undisturbed on mum’s chest, and following the scent of the nipple (it’s apparently similar to amniotic fluid) they shuffle their way up.

 

And this video, posted on the Facebook page Oaxaca Digital demonstrates the magic of it wonderfully.
