It appears this moment came for acclaimed actress, Sandra Bullock, during a recent press junket which saw her promote her latest film alongside Billy Bob Thornton.
Upon being congratulated on adopting a new child, the 51-year-old actress looked momentarily perplexed before clarifying her family dynamic for a flustered interviewer who had failed to confirm recent speculation regarding her interviewee's personal life.
Sandra, who is proud mother of adopted son Louis, didn't appear to notice Billy Bob's equally confused reaction when she responded to congratulations with a clear reply, saying "There's only one adopted child in my household and his name's Louis."
Offering a reaction to the reports she had adopted a daughter in recent weeks, the Gravity actress stressed: "If I had a second adopted child, everyone would be hearing about it."
Pouring scorn on the notion that she may be hiding her decision to adopt again, the much-loved star clarified: "I would be loud and clear and say 'Yes, I have officially adopted a second child.' Right now, Louis must be it."
Despite appearing a little exasperated by the reports, Sandra was incredibly warm when chatting about her son in the Associated Press interview, calling him both 'delicious' and 'beautiful'.
