According to reports emerging from the US, the Pirates of the Carribbean star welcomed her first child, a daughter, into the life she shares with husband James Righton.
Keira, who never officially announced her pregnancy, let her bump do the talking at numerous red carpet events over the last few months.
The star, who wowed photographers and fashionistas alike with her unique maternity style, joked in the run up to her due date that she hadn't organised a birthing plan.
Telling everyone's favourite chat show host, Ellen DeGeneres, that she hadn't yet looked into this aspect of her pregnancy journey, Keira joked: "I'm assuming my plan is to get it out. But apparently there's more to the plan than that. I don't know what that is. Still, my plan is to get it out. It will come out."
As well as finding herself perplexed by the idea of a birthing plan, the stunning 30-year-old actress also admitted during a TV interview that she wasn't quite au fait with the whole nappy changing process either!
Well, she's about to find out a whole lot more about it now, but if she finds herself struggling, we're sure supportive pal Sienna Miller will lend a hand!
