In the weeks following the birth of her second child, the Duchess of Cambridge has been spending quality family time with her family in Amner Hall in Norfolk.

While adjusting to the changing family dynamic, Kate has had the help of her parents on the Norfolk estate, but that doesn't mean her sister Pippa hasn't played a special role in helping her sibling since the arrival of Princess Charlotte.

Aware of her sister's devotion to juices and smoothies, Pippa was determined her sister's needs wouldn't go ignored so she treated the Duchess to a special delivery twice a week.

Opening up about the touching gesture, a source told US Weekly: "Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days."

Acknowledging that her sister was likely to ignore her pre-birth habits while tending to her new daughter, the source went on to say: "It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier."

With her husband revealing that their new arrival have been making her presence known into the early hours of the morning, we're sure new mum Kate was thrilled wth her sister's kind and thoughtful gesture.

But while there may be nothing like a green juice after a night tending to a crying newborn, we think we'll stick to coffee for now!
