Great Day out and Children's activities at NYOS 15: Bridget Tempest Rushbank, Carleton BD23 3BD (studio 4) Will be doing a drop in children's mono print workshop from 3.30 - 4.30pm on each day. Minimum age 7. Oil based inks used. Bring aprons. Plastic gloves provided and all materials. £5 per print. Debbie Loane Lund Gallery, Alne Road, Easingwold YO61 3PA (studio 71) Planning an art activity using drawings of people's journeys to make one big post it style artwork which will hopefully grow across the weekends. The ongoing results will be posted on our Facebook page as the weekend progresses. Jill Ford Highfield, Norton YO17 9PJ (studio 78) Will be making small handbuilt porcelain eggshells and vases. Children could have a go and take one home if they like - wont be fired though. Jonathan Pomroy Swift House, Back Lane, Ampleforth YO62 4DE (studio 84) Will be featuring swifts and how to attract them. A nest camera will be on show and children can have a go at drawing swifts. We have plenty of toys inside and in the garden. Families very much welcome.
