Westray Heritage Centre

The centre situated in the centre of Pierowall village in Westray next door to the Pierowall Hotel.

 

Inside there is an annual display plus permanent exhibition panels on walls, and GEO with model seabirds and sounds.

 

There are also interactive displays which will attract youngsters, many records of the island’s history and gravestone records available to browse.

Open from early May to late September

 

Sunday: 1:30pm – 5:00pm
Monday: 11:30am – 5:00pm
Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00am – 12:00pm and 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Adults - £2.50

Concessions - £2.00 

School children/students - 50p

Friend of the Heritage Centre Annual fee - £7.00 per household (or £3.50 retired)

Lifetime member - £70.00 (or £35.00 retired)
