Swimming is one of the best forms of all round exercise available, an activity for everybody, whether you want to get healthier, fitter, or just have fun or relax. No matter what your age, weight and physical ability, swimming and water-based activities can provide you with whole body workout, great for shaping up and even a gentle swim can burn over 200 calories in half an hour. It is also a great way to relax and refresh you after a stressful day.

 

Our 25 metre 6 lanes leisure pool, plus beach area, provides a wide range of activities to suite all needs; including lanes for swimming lengths, shallow water for parents with young children and dedicated wave sessions.

 

We have family changing cubicles in our changing village and our lockers require a padlock of you own or these can be purchased at reception.
