Gemma Atkinson hasn't long to go until she welcomes her first baby.
The 34-year-old is set to be a first-time mum with her boyfriend, Strictly pro dancer Gorka Marquez.
And with her due date looming, she took to Instagram to tell her fans what was in her hospital bag...well, what her mum thinks should be.
She posted a WhatsApp conversation with her mum and revealed that she has a whole bag dedicated to food - a woman after our own hearts.
Her mum wrote, ''Might be an idea Gem to put all your snacks and drinks into the bag that Janet bought you so that you have a bag with all your stuff in, a bag just for baby stuff and a bag with snacks in. that way we know where everything is and it makes it all less hassle.''
Gemma wrote back, ''I've put my stuff and drinks together anyway as there was enough room.''
In typical motherly fashion, her mum pressed on with her idea.
She wrote, ''Well put them in another bag as Gorka will want to put stuff in and I have some stuff here too so it's best if we have a separate food bag."
Gemma captioned her post, ''When people ask where my love of food comes from…Mum's hospital bag prep."
