Makeup tutorials are one of our preferred highlights of the internet, but adding children into the mix just takes it up another level.
If you needed proof as to why kids make everything better, then just check out little Preslie’s makeup tutorial.
It was Preslie’s mother who discovered the video recording on her phone, and decided it was so funny that she simply HAD TO share it with the world.
She proceeded to send the video to the ever-popular Love What Matters Facebook page, much to the delight of thousands all over the world.
“Just going through my camera roll, and I find all of Preslie’s pretend makeup tutorials she likes to do!” she wrote.
“This one made me laugh so hard! Let’s call this one, ‘Makeup Tutorial Gone WAY WRONG!’”
As the video unfolds, it seems Preslie’s mum hit the nail on the head with her title.
It starts out with Preslie selecting a ‘foundation colour’ for her face, holding up a set that looks suspiciously like a brown eyeshadow palette.
Clearly not one to shy away from colour, Preslie proceeds to cover her oversized blusher brush with the brown powder – then apply it ALL OVER her right cheek.
Let’s just say that things don’t quite work out how Preslie planned, as she observes her DARK BROWN cheek!
“You’re not even joking me right now – OH, NO!” exclaims Preslie, who immediately tries to rectify her gaffe – by spreading the too-dark powder across her chin and other cheek!
Defeated, Preslie collapses against the camera before picking herself up and deciding that she simply ‘needs to get this off, right away’.
When she reaches for a product, we’re fairly sure it’s makeup remover – but we obviously TOTALLY underestimated Preslie, as she actually chooses to rectify her makeup mishap with some concealer, instead!
We don’t even need to explain why this video has gone viral across Facebook.
