Mel B has agreed to a £6.5 million divorce deal with her her ex husband Stephen Belafonte on one condition.
The former Spice Girl will pay Stephen £3.5 million from the sale of their house along with a further £3 million over a three-year period, as long as the film producer destroys their sex tapes, according to TMZ.
The couple, who have been battling it out in the courts for eight months, have also agreed to joint custody of their six-year-old daughter, Madison, with neither paying child support to the other.
The deal comes not long after the domestic violence part of their divorce was settled, and a restraining order against Stephen was lifted.
Mel, whose real name is Melanie Brown, was married to Stephen for 10 years, but filed for divorce in March of this year stating irreconcilable differences.
