Imagine sitting at home with an eight week old newborn and having to take ANOTHER pregnancy test.
That's what happened to Maya Vorderstrasse, mum of one-year-old Zoey and newborn Hazel.
Speaking to Popsugar Moms, Maya recalled the moment she found out that she would be having Irish twins:
"When I found out, I took quite a few pregnancy tests because I was just in shock."
But after taking some time to process it, she realised that baby number two was a blessing:
"Soon, I realised that this baby had a purpose in life and needed to be born. I felt so honoured and excited to nurture her and bring her into the world!"
Maya, however, has taken having two babies under the age of one all in her stride. She even decided to make an adorable Instagram account to document life with Irish twins.
"I wanted my kids to have as much information and memories from my pregnancies and their childhood," she said. "Something that was supposed to be a simple keepsake for my family is helping others...mothers are relating to my day-to-day issues and being okay with not having it together!"
With over 97,000 followers and counting, Maya uses a handy letter-board to (literally) spell out the reality of life with two little ones, pregnancy and loving but clueless husbands.
As chaotic as it may seem, Maya said that he wouldn't have it any other way:
"It's extremely challenging to have two babies who need my attention and care full-time. They are on two different schedules and need different things, but I am adapting well. I even managed to get them to nap at the same time. Score!"
