A group of mums have come together to sing about what we've all been thinking for some time now.

With magazines and social media sites encouraging mums and giving tips on how to 'bounce back' after pregnancy there's a constant pressure on our shoulders.

Have we lost the baby weight? How do we go about losing the baby weight?

We're tired from all things motherhood, and the least of our troubles is losing weight, but here we are.

However, the women over at Mothers You'd Like to Friend, have something to share, encouraging nothing but body positivity among postpartum mothers.

Creating a parody of Sir Mix A Lot's 'Baby Got Back', the mums go through different reasons why their bellies are round, settling on the fact it's all part of the 'motherhood gig'.

The group are tired of people telling them how they can get back to 'skinny', how people are judgemental of having round bumps after pregnancy.

Encouraging healthy eating and exercise, they believe all mamas should do this within their own time, not putting pressure on themselves to do so within a certain time frame or to a particular ideal.

With lines such as: "I'm sleepy and I'm moody, stretch marks don't make me broody, I'm hungry not a foodie, if you don't like it kiss my booty," we can totally relate to the song.

"Don't feel bad about your extra padding, you can do side stretch or sit-ups but please don't sweat your bump, [...] our bodies grew a miracle."

"Ladies, if you have ever had a baby in your lifetime, understand this, you are a 10. On a scale of one to 10 you are a 10. [...] Rock your bump."

These mums want every mama to enjoy their postpartum selves, want you to own your pouch, and be proud of the amazing work which their bodies have done for their family.

We're absolutely loving this video - exactly what we all need to hear - you do you mamas.
