Biff and Baba blogger Bethany has just revealed her postpartum body to the world and we’re so in awe of the inspiring mum.

Only nine-days postpartum, the new mum admits it wasn’t easy for her the post the snap, however she wanted to keep her followers up to date on her recovery process.

But while sharing her recovery journey with us, Bethany has shared a wonderful message which all mums and mamas-to-be need to take on board.

Bethany shared: “As you can see from my pregnancy photos my baby belly has already gone down ALOT.”

“I am struggling with a 4cm abdominal split which is a bit sore doing certain movements and means it will take a while longer to get back to fully training again.”

“I have stretch marks, a mummy pouch, have lost muscle, big leaky boobs, thigh pockets, oh and greasy hair and no makeup,” she added.

But the most important part of her journey did not focus on her bodily changes, it focused on what the mum-of-one has now:

“I also have the most beautiful little girl which makes it all totally worth it and none of that really matters!”

At MagicMum we believe that while it is hard to get used to your body changing, all mums should be proud of their bodies, after all they did bring the greatest gift into the world.
