All credit to LaQueena Hunter Grover – she is one strong and amazing woman.
LaQueena has made headlines in the States this week, just over a month after giving birth to her fourth child – who weight just over 14 pounds!
Baby Loyalty Adonis Grover entered the world on December 6 and tipped the scales at 14.1 pounds.
Indeed, Loyalty was so big that LaQueena and her loved ones suspected she might be carrying twins or even triplets.
The Louisiana mum, whose third child weighed 11.9 pounds, recalled the birth to local media outlet WDSU News.
“Right when the doctor was taking him out, my husband’s mouth literally just dropped. He was like, ‘That’s a big baby’. When he was born, he was 14 pounds 1 ounce,” she said.
“I remember the nurse came running back, and when she told me that, I swear, had I not been on the gurney already, I would’ve passed out right there.”
Loyalty went on to spend 27 days in the NICU, but was finally allowed home this week. He now weighs a whopping 15 pounds.
LaQueena said her tot ‘acts like the Incredible Hulk when he doesn’t get what he wants’, and likes to eat as soon as he gets hungry!
