Mum-of-two Sia Cooper set up an Instagram account called 'Bad Mom Confessions', and we are addicted!
Described as a safe place for mums who have been judged, it is full of funny, relatable and oh so brilliant confessions!
Sia has been a victim of mommy shaming before and no doubt her own experience inspired her to set up the account.
In fact, not long ago, the mum went viral for sharing the things that she has been shamed for.
From working out too much to drinking the occasional glass of wine, Sia has had her fair share of critical people.
The Instagram account, which was only set up a couple of days ago, already has over 2,000 followers, and it's not surprising when you read it!
