There's precious little more frustrating than finally getting your little one off to sleep only to have them awoken by a doorstep visitor.

Once you become a mum, you quickly realise that the sound of the doorbell or heavy brass knocker is on par with an earthquake, and you'll do everything in your power to ensure they're used as rarely as possible.

One mum, who has obviously suffered through numerous unwelcome knocks at inopportune times, decided to put pen to paper in order to ensure her children get the shut-eye they so richly deserve.

Outlining the three extenuating circumstances that justifying knocking on her front door, Natasha Butler made her feelings on the matter clear.

In a succinct but compelling note, Natasha wrote: "Twin boys asleep. Only knock on this door if a) You're Gary Barlow b)I've won on the premium bonds and c) Someone I know has died."

The note, which has been liked over 40,000 times on Facebook, has even been drawn to Gary Barlow's attention, with social media users urging the Take That star to pay a visit.

We wonder if Gary will take Natasha up on her invite!
