Speaking to her Instagram Stories, Montana explained, “Hello lovelies, I feel so much better after having a shower. That just felt magical”.

“Mark actually washed my hair which wasn’t ideal but it was quite sweet that he helped me”.

The 27-year-old continued, “All of your messages have been so lovely and I just could not have done it without support of friends and family and also all of you guys sharing stories on here as well”.

“It’s been so helpful because sometimes it can feel a bit isolating and like you’re the only person in the world going through these horrible things because not that many people talk about it, but God, it’s so sh*t isn’t it?”.

“That’s basically what everyone’s been messaging saying, ‘It’s really sh*t but it does get better’, so I do feel a little bit better, day 6”.

Montana wrote a message on her video to share more details of postpartum life. She honestly explained, “Post party [postpartum] recovery is actually just so not what I thought it would be”.

“Of course it’s so worth it but equally I’m trying to focus on Jude and soak up all that love and it’s hard mentally to do that whilst hurting everywhere”.

The former reality TV star closed off by adding “I feel so much better day 6 so let’s see how we get on. Also my lips are peeling and are so sore and I’m putting lip balm on every 5 mins. I think I’m dehydrating from the inside out”.

After announcing Jude’s birth with the world, Montana lovingly admitted, “We’re so smitten with you little man”.
