Michael Bublé’s wife Luisana Lopilato has shared a rare photo of the couple's eldest son Noah, as he continues to convalesce after fighting cancer.

Little Noah, three, battled liver cancer but is believed to be recovering from the illness now.

Luisana posted a photo of herself with both of her sons, cradling little Elias, 18 months on her lap and rubbing Noah’s foot while he reclines on the couch opposite her. Little Noah is relaxing on the sofa with a dummy in his mouth looking rested and content.

The Argentine actress captioned the snap in her native Spanish: "El tiempo se detiene... no hay nada como los mimos de mama!! #tothemoonandback #familyfirst."

The phrase roughly translates into: "Time stops… there’s nothing like a mother’s pampering."

The family made the heart-breaking announcement last November that their oldest boy was suffering from cancer and both Luisana and Michael vowed to put their careers on hold until he was better.

During a press conference for her new movie in April, Luisana, 30, became emotional as she discussed three-year-old Noah’s progress following four months of chemotherapy.

“Thank God my son is well. When things like that happen, your life changes. It happened to us. Now I value life much more, the now and the today. I would like to thank people for their support, for the prayers they said, for the love,” she said.

Michael confirmed his son was on the road to recovery in a post on social media in February.

“We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy,” the statement read.

“He has been brave throughout, and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us.”

The Canadian crooner recently made his first public appearance since his son’s illness was announced when he received an award from the Governor General of Canada.

Hinting at the tough time his family had been through, an emotional Michael said: “I stand here truly humbled that I have been allowed to be one of your musical representatives and that you would choose to bestow this honour upon me during what has been an emotionally difficult time for my family.”

We’re so glad to see little Noah again, we hope he continues to make a good recovery.
