She may lead a glamorous life as one of Britain’s most popular presenters, but we bet plenty of mums could empathise with Lisa Snowdon’s revelations on last night’s I’m A Celebrity…
The 44-year-old was in conversation with professional dancer Ola Jordan, when the subject of starting a family was raised.
Lamenting over her decision to wait to have kids, Lisa admitted: “It’s a weird one, because it’s so hard. I left it kind of late.”
“I didn’t find anyone that I wanted to actually be with…I wanted that unit kind of thing. I feel like maybe not in this lifetime, now,” she added.
Lisa, who is in a relationship with entrepreneur George Smart, later reflected on her life path in a chat with the Bush Telegraph.
“Children enrich your life so much, so of course I wanted to be a mum. But it didn’t work out for me in that way,” she said, insisting that it’s just ‘something she’s had to deal with’.
Hearts went out to Lisa after her candid admission, and Twitter users took to the social media platform to send their love and support.

Bloody sad to hear Lisa Snowdon on I'm A Celeb regretting not having kids. Different for blokes, of course, but worry I might not too.

Big up Lisa Snowdon. It takes a very brave woman to admit that she missed the chance of kids, on TV. She's lovely. #ImACeleb

“I don’t ever presume that everyone wants kids or get the opportunity. Good on Lisa Snowdon for being so honest. All normal, all good,” wrote one viewer.
