Every year, there is a highly sought after toy, that every child wants for Christmas.
This year's hottest toy comes in the form of a Hatchimal, which is basically a teddy bear in an egg- that hatches after a little TLC.
It is a simple and very sweet idea, and kids have been going crazy for them.
UK mother Mary Myerscough wrote on her Facebook last week and shared her thoughts on her seven-year-old daughter's new Hatchimal.
Needless to say, Mary didn't hold back, and gave us all a very honest insight into what you're really getting for your money.
"The best bit was it hatching and then we had to break it out as it wasn't working" she writes.
The mum continued to describe her experience with the toy, saying that "it grew up from a baby to fully grown in a few hours, it doesn't talk it just records the child's voice and plays it back, has a few games that are boring and once played they don't want to play again."
"Once you take it out of the box it starts hatching takes around 20 mins to an hour so make sure your children are ready to sit with it and help it hatch" she tells her fellow mums.
Ultimately, Mary says that the toy is "not worth the money", which is interesting considering how popular it's been.
