Revealing that she hasn't experienced any severe symptoms, Jessa said: "I am feeling pretty good. The morning sickness was different every day. It's getting better, but I'm still hanging on to the heartburn. And I don't have any super-serious cravings."
Having only just become an aunt and uncle to baby Israel, the Seewald's hope to use the experience to guide them on their journey, saying: "We are trying to take it one day at a time. We pray every night that God helps us to be good parents We are getting advice from other parents."
Overjoyed to be starting a family after their first year of marriage, Jessa said: "I think having this first year together to share our lives, just the two of us, has been special. We are definitely excited to be parents."
