Combining the expert knowledge of resident Midwife, Alison Brown, and the spa facilities of the fabulous Champneys retreat, the perfect environment is created for women wanting to enjoy a quiet break without the worry of whether their needs can be taken care of.

 

As well as allowing ladies to indulge and unwind, Mummy and Little Me Retreats provide a programme of classes and expert advice that are designed to help mothers prepare and build in confidence for their special day when they meet their beautiful baby, and beyond into motherhood.
